Clark Uhlenhopp, Owner/Operator
As the proud owner of Pueo Landscapes, I found my path to landscaping through a deep-rooted connection to the outdoors. I grew up in the mountains of Western North Carolina, spending countless hours working alongside my dad on our family’s apple orchard — learning the fundamentals of plants, soil, and the importance of placing the right plant in the right place. Those early experiences instilled in me both knowledge and a deep respect for the land that continues to shape how I approach every property today.
Building on my Bachelor of Science in Parks and Recreation from UNCW, I took a leap of faith to pursue what truly brings me joy — creating and maintaining thriving, healthy landscapes. Today, I’m fortunate to work with homeowners and property managers who share a passion for their outdoor spaces. Together, we ensure the long-term health and beauty of their landscapes through thoughtful care, clear communication, and a dedication to detail.

I was raised on the Big Island, where my love for family, community, and the outdoors took root. I’m family-oriented at heart, and I bring those values into every aspect of my life and work. I have a strong passion for landscaping and irrigation, and I’m dedicated to creating outdoor spaces that are both functional and beautiful. Working outdoors inspires me, and I take pride in combining hands-on skill with thoughtful design and sustainable practices.
I strive to live a purpose-driven life, always pushing myself to grow, improve, and deliver excellence in everything I do. My goal is to make a positive impact through my work and in the way I show up for the people around me.
